Arkh dev ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Mythic Coach: MLBB AI Guide mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service. 1. Disclaimer (Fan Made App)
Important: This App is an unofficial guide and AI coaching tool created by fans for fans. It is not endorsed, affiliated, sponsored, or specifically approved by Moonton. All intellectual property rights, including hero designs, names, and images, belong to Shanghai Moonton Technology Co., Ltd. We strictly adhere to the Fan Content Policy and claim no ownership over the official assets used for educational purposes.
2. Information Collection and Use
To provide a secure experience, especially regarding In-App Purchases (IAP) and VIP Subscriptions, our Service requires authentication.
Google Authentication: To sync your AI Energy Tokens and VIP status across devices, we require you to link a valid Google Account. We collect your basic public profile information (such as your Google User ID and email address) strictly for account identification and wallet creation. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your Google password.
Transaction Data: All In-App Purchases are processed directly by the Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your credit card details or raw financial information.
3. Log Data
Whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, the time and date of your use, and other statistics.
4. Cookies
This Service does not use "cookies" explicitly. However, the app uses third-party code and libraries (such as Google AdMob) that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to accept or refuse these cookies via your device settings.
5. Service Providers & Third-Party Services
We employ third-party companies and services to facilitate our Service and manage our infrastructure. These third parties have access to your Personal Information (such as your App User ID) only to perform these tasks on our behalf:
Google Play Services: For core app functionality.
Google AdMob: For serving advertisements to free-tier users.
Google Firebase & MongoDB: For secure account authentication and cloud database storage (managing your token balance).
RevenueCat: For validating digital purchase receipts and managing cross-platform auto-renewable subscription states.
6. Data Deletion Policy
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data (including your token balance and User ID) from our servers at any time. You can request data deletion by contacting us at the email provided below.
Note: Deleting your Mythic Coach account does not cancel your active Google Play subscriptions. Subscriptions must be managed and canceled manually through your Google Play Store Account Settings.
7. Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites.
9. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
