1. Open your personal Gmail account, then open your Google calendar. 2. Select the day(s) and time(s) of the event and open a calendar entry box.3. Add all relevant details into the calendar fields (Description is useful for this - Everything you can think of: Contact info. Zoom link. Presenters. Cost.)4. Find Add Guests field and type in MKPNorcalEvents@gmail.com5. Click Send/Submit6. Confirm success by seeing your entry in the calendar at: http://bit.ly/mkpnorcalevents
