*A note about our PTA General Assembly Meetings: 

We recognize the diverse needs and busy schedules of our families and staff, so we’ve designed our PTA General Assembly meetings to be flexible and inclusive.

• Meeting Format: To maximize accessibility, we alternate between in-person and virtual meetings each month. This allows everyone to participate in at least some meetings, regardless of their preferred or available format.

• Virtual Meetings: Our virtual meetings are designed to be more formal and agenda-focused, ensuring we cover important updates, decisions, and action items efficiently.

• In-Person Meetings: In contrast, our in-person meetings are typically more casual and conversational, often without a formal agenda. These gatherings are coordinated to align with school events or activities, making it easier for families to combine multiple commitments into one trip.
