• Non-Identifiable Usage Data: Automatically collected data about your interaction with the App, including device specifications (hardware model, OS version, unique device identifiers), session duration, feature usage statistics, and network connection details.

• Geolocation Data: Optional location data collected only when you enable location services in your device settings, used exclusively to deliver location-specific features. You may revoke this permission at any time via your device's privacy settings.

5. Data Security & Retention

Mixpal implements industry-standard security measures (administrative, technical, and physical) to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption, access controls, regular security audits, and employee training. However, no electronic storage or transmission method is entirely secure, and Mixpal cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data is retained only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Upon expiration of the retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Policy Modifications

Mixpal reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in legal requirements or Service features. Material changes will be notified via in-App notification or email (where possible), and the "Last Updated" date will be revised to 20260101 (or subsequent update date). Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
