Mixlayer is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect (very minimal), how it is used, and how your data is handled while using the app.
Mixlayer does not require account registration, and we do not collect any personal information such as:
Full name
Email address
Phone number
Location
We also do not request access to your:
Contacts
Photos or gallery
Camera or microphone
Device location
Mixlayer may ask for:
Push Notification permission, to let you know about new features or app updates
iOS Tracking Transparency permission, which may be shown on iOS devices for general usage analysis
No gallery access is requested, and no personal content on your device is accessed.
We use Firebase (by Google) for anonymous event tracking, such as detecting when a button is clicked. We store:
An automatically generated, anonymous user ID (e.g., “user 01”)
Basic usage data (e.g., which features are used, and how often)
You, the user, cannot access this ID, and it does not reveal or relate to your identity. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored.
Additionally, no analytics data is stored in our backend. It only lives inside Firebase.
When you generate audio with Mixlayer, the resulting files may be temporarily stored on Google Cloud to enable exporting. These files:
Are not associated with your identity
Are not deleted when you uninstall the app
Can be permanently deleted upon request
When you export an audio file (e.g., WAV), it is saved locally to your device’s file system. We do not upload or access these personal files.
If you would like us to delete your generated files stored in Google Cloud or your anonymous analytics events stored in Firebase, you may send a request to:

Please note that since we do not collect personal identifiers, we may ask you for information (such as approximate usage time) to locate and remove the correct data.
Mixlayer uses the following third-party services to provide basic functionality:
Firebase by Google: For anonymous event tracking
Google Cloud: For temporary storage of AI-generated audio files
These services are secure, widely trusted, and are not used to collect or process any personal user data.
We do not use any advertising networks, tracking libraries, or external services that collect personal information.
7. Subscriptions & Billing
Mixlayer uses the App Store’s in-app purchase system to handle all subscriptions securely.
We do not access, process, or store any payment or billing information.
All payment and subscription information is handled by Apple, in compliance with their privacy policy.
You can cancel or manage your subscription through your Apple ID account.
