HDFC Bank's EVA (Electronic Virtual Assistant) is India's first and largest Artificial Intelligence powered banking chatbot. Eva uses the latest in AI and Natural Language Processing to understand the user query and fetch the relevant information from thousands of possible sources, all in a matter of milliseconds.It was built by Senseforth AI Research Pvt Ltd and has successfully addressed over 2.7 million customer queries in a span of six months.EVA was launched to offer true power of conversaional experience to its customers on all the digital platforms such as the Website, Mobile site and the dedicated portal for the bank’s customers. Information which might generally takes 8 – 10 minutes to obtain, is provided by EVA in a matter of seconds. EVA’s everyday interactions with users go through a conceptual banking knowledge framework which in turn enhances her ability to find more questions accurately.
