This Privacy Policy explains how Mitos Out (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use the App.
Mitos Out is a casual puzzle game. We do not require users to create an account with an email address, phone number, or password.
The App may store the following information locally on your device:
Username entered by the user
Coins
Lives
Power-up counts
Weekly and monthly score progress
Remove Ads purchase status
Basic game progress and preferences
This information is stored locally on your device using Apple’s local storage technologies such as UserDefaults.
Mitos Out uses Google AdMob to display ads.
The App may show:
Interstitial ads after certain level completions
Rewarded ads when the user chooses to receive optional rewards, such as extra lives, bonus coins, or game continuation
Google AdMob may collect and use certain information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, and other data as described in Google’s own privacy and advertising policies.
AdMob may use this information to provide, limit, measure, and improve advertising, including personalized or non-personalized ads where applicable.

Mitos Out may offer in-app purchases, including a one-time purchase to remove forced ads.
Payments and purchase processing are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
The App may store whether you have purchased the Remove Ads product so that forced ads can remain disabled.
Rewarded ads may still remain available as optional features even after purchasing Remove Ads.
Mitos Out allows users to enter a username and view weekly and monthly leaderboard-style rankings.
At this stage, leaderboard data is stored locally on your device and may include sample or offline ranking entries. We do not currently operate an online leaderboard server.
Your username is used only inside the App unless future online leaderboard functionality is added. If online leaderboard functionality is added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated.
Mitos Out is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information if applicable.
We do not sell your personal information.
Some third-party services used by the App, such as Google AdMob and Apple App Store services, may collect or process data according to their own privacy policies.
Local game data remains on your device unless you delete the App or reset the relevant data.
Advertising and purchase-related data may be retained by Google or Apple according to their own policies.
You may:
Delete the App to remove locally stored game data from your device
Use Apple device settings to manage advertising tracking preferences
Purchase Remove Ads to remove forced interstitial ads
Choose whether or not to watch rewarded ads
The App may use the following third-party services:
