CAREER IN FINANCE

While in school, Mitchell Aulds-Stier centered his education around topics related to finance and business. After high school, he decided to attend Ivy Tech Community College to get more familiar with the world of business and which directions he might want to pursue in his career. After completing some Intro to Business courses, Mitchell Aulds-Stier went on to earn his Associate's degree. From there, he decided to focus on finance, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

While studying at the Kelley School of Business, Mitchell Aulds-Stier held many leadership roles for the student government, business club, and other school programs. He also developed many strong friendships and connections with his professors which helped him start his search for internships and professional roles.

Soon enough, Mitchel Aulds-Stier found himself working in his first professional position in finance as an Investment Banking Analyst with BB&T Capital Markets. He is now going through the exam process to receive CFA and CAIA designations and plans to head to graduate school to earn his Masters in Business Administration.
