First session: Introduction & self-assessment
Tuesday June 24th 4-5pm
During this session : we will kick-off the program with some guidelines, before getting you started with your support group for a discussion focused on self-assessment.
To prepare for the breakout rooms we recommend taking the 16-personality test.
This test can be used for an initial self-assessment and gives you a starting point to understand your personality, possible strengths and weaknesses and how different personality types are behaving in certain situations.
Please keep in mind that the outcome is the result of the answers you provided in that certain moment. It might be possible that there is a different outcome when you are doing the test later on again.
However, it is a fun test and a possibility to reflect on yourself and how you would react in certain situations.
The schedule of the session will be :
4:00-4:15pm : Quick introduction and guidelines
4:15-5pm: Discussion with your group: meeting each other, self-assessment (goals, personality/strengths/weaknesses, where are you in your career/job hunt journey, how do you feel about it, ...)
Second session: Resume and Cover letter
