Furthermore, at your sole discretion, you may approve VPN connection diagnostics (similar to a "report a bug" feature). A connection log may be sent together with a ticket raised with our customer support to help debug faults.
MistFlow Products:
To ensure the quality of our services, we must constantly adjust our global infrastructure. We collect statistical non-personal information to build aggregate data and understand overall user trends. Examples of events include:
Connection Attempt: Collected to understand usage requests directed to our Service on a particular interval (hourly/daily/weekly/monthly), the country of origin (but not your source IP address), your app version, etc. This allows us to adjust our infrastructure according to demand.
Connection Successful: Collected to determine how many users successfully established VPN connections during specific intervals. This data, correlated with connection attempts, helps our engineers identify network issues and scale infrastructure to meet demand during peak hours.
