Miss Li's Chinese Culture and Language Class

Miss Li's Chinese Language and Culture Class is not just traditional language teaching, but also involved a lot of culture immersion activities. In each class, we will 

            1) learn and practice how to speak the common daily sentences in Chinese;  

            2) introduce the Chinese characters and sentences, learn to read, write, and speak , and practice through games, story-telling, or calligraphy; 

            3) introduce the Chinese traditional culture and events (like why we have red packet and dragon dance in Chinese New Year, why we eat Zongzi in Dragon Boat Festival, etc). Students will learn through fun activities like paper cutting, folk songs/poems appreciation, etc.

- The Great Wall - Part II（长城）

- Terra Cotta Warriors  - PartII（兵马俑）

- Dragon Boat Festival （端午节）

- Giant Panda （大熊猫）

- Luna Calendar and season（节气 和季节）

- Chinese Traditional Story (中国民间传统故事和传说)
