Mission Offset: A University-led afforestation program that offsets student travel emissions. With an ever-expanding international population, these emissions will increase further, as will the cost of carbon credits. Pioneering in the field, the Forest Proposal will be leading in the way for institutions in personal carbon capture projects, allowing the University to be responsible for its own accreditation, carbon accounting, and sequestration.
