That's an easy one. Don't worry Agent Elk has already worked it all out and he has the final cache coordinates.

The clown has placed them in his shed, in some sort of boxes, he has gone off the grid at the moment, he labels his keys, so if you can find what key is needed for his shed, and any other boxes. he should have this sort of thing written down, usually on little post it notes. Have a look back through the mission and see if you can gather any information on his keys.
Shed Key needed
large metal box will need two keys to open, it has a left lock and a right lock, then his security box has a 3 digit code. have a look back through this last section of the mission, the know your Blackrocks section to here, as that is where he has gone missing. He will have left you clues or may have tried to contact you.
