#MMIW stands for Missing and Murdered Indigenous women.

Indigenous women, girls, two-spirit, and queer individuals are some of the most vulnerable demographics across the world. They go missing and are murdered at exponentially higher rates compared to any other group. This ethnic femicide has gone largely unaddressed by governments, law enforcement, media, and the general public. 

This site aims to be an ongoing list of resources to educate and provide ways for individuals to take action on this issue.
