By submitting a registration or payment, you agree to the following terms:

Registration & Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure participation.

• Titles/Spots are not held without a deposit.

• Remaining balances must be paid by the stated deadline.

Refund Policy

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Registration fees are non-refundable once paid.

• Optional fees and People’s Choice votes are non-refundable.

• If a contestant chooses to withdraw, all payments remain the property of Heart of Agriculture.

Event Changes

Heart of Agriculture reserves the right to make schedule, venue, or program adjustments if necessary.

Code of Conduct

All participants and guests are expected to demonstrate respect, integrity, and professionalism. Failure to do so may result in disqualification without refund.

Media & Promotion

Participants grant permission for use of photos, videos, and promotional materials.

Liability

Heart of Agriculture is not responsible for lost items, injuries, travel disruptions, or acts beyond our control.
