This 1 hour session is designed for expectant parents or parents of babies under 12 weeks old. You will learn the science of newborn sleep, reasonable expectations for the first months, how to turn on your baby's calming reflex and how to encourage sleeping habits from the start. This will all help to get them sleeping though the night faster and longer!
This 1 hour session is designed for parents of children 18 months +.
This plan can be tailored to your needs. We can create a plan for dropping a nap, creating a better sleep schedule and routine, transitioning to a big kid bed, tackling night wakings, behavior modification for leaving our room during "sleep time". One plan/obstacle tackled per package. Includes written plan, 3 weeks of email support and guidance.
This option is best for families with children 12 weeks – 5 years of age who want help both creating and implementing a plan. This option bundles the 1 hour consultation with 4 weeks of follow up support and an ISP specially formatted to fit the needs of your child and family. Follow up support consists of 4 weekly follow up calls /4 weeks of daily email support. The package allows us to work together for about a month to implement the plan and reach your goals.
