MiSingle – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs your use of the MiSingle mobile application ("App"), developed and maintained by Amar Talwar ("we", "us", or "our"). The App is provided to help users discover singles nearby, connect, chat, and communicate safely.

1. Information We Collect

When you use MiSingle, we may collect the following types of information to provide, secure, and monetize our services.

A. Personal Information

• Account Data: When you sign in using Google or Phone Authentication, we collect basic profile information such as your Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Profile Picture to create and secure your account.

• User Profile: Information you voluntarily provide, such as your Gender, Age, Dating Preferences, Bio, Interests, Spoken Language, and other profile details.

B. Permissions & Device Data

To provide features like chat, calling, and nearby matching, MiSingle requires specific permissions:

• Microphone & Audio: Required to send voice notes and conduct voice/video calls.

• Camera: Required for video calls, profile photos, and sharing media.

• Storage / Media: Required to upload and send images or videos in chats and update your profile.

• Location: Approximate or precise location data is collected (with your permission) to help you discover nearby users and optionally share your location in chats.

C. Usage & Advertising Data

• Device Identifiers: We collect your Android Advertising ID and App Set ID to serve personalized advertisements.

• App Activity & Diagnostics: We collect app interaction details (such as features used, ad taps, video views, and crash logs) to improve performance, detect fraud, and fix bugs.

2. User Content & Moderation

MiSingle allows you to send text messages, images, videos, and audio.

• Chat Privacy: Your messages are processed solely to deliver them to the intended recipient.

• Content Moderation: To maintain a safe community, uploaded media (including profile photos and chat images) may be automatically scanned using secure moderation services (such as Google Cloud Vision) to detect explicit, abusive, or violent content.

• Media Ownership: You retain ownership of your content. By uploading or sending media, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display it solely for operating the App.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

MiSingle integrates with trusted third-party services. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.

• Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID, approximate location, and app interaction data to provide personalized ads and measure ad performance.

• Google Firebase & Play Services: Used for authentication, analytics, app security, push notifications, and in-app billing.

• ZegoCloud: Provides real-time voice and video calling.

• Cloudflare: Used for secure storage and delivery of media files.

• Razorpay: Processes subscriptions and in-app purchases securely.

• Fast2SMS: Used to deliver OTP verification codes securely.

4. Data Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be disclosed only in the following circumstances:

• Legal Compliance: When required by applicable law or legal process.

• Safety: To protect users, prevent fraud, enforce our Community Guidelines, or respond to lawful government requests.

• Service Providers: To trusted partners operating under confidentiality agreements to provide App functionality.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Retention: We retain your profile data and chat history while your account remains active.

• Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting us at mogahelpteam@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your profile, active sessions, and associated media are permanently removed from our live databases and cloud storage within 90 days.

6. Children's Privacy

MiSingle is intended only for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that a user is under 18, their account and associated data will be deleted.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
