This privacy policy applies to the Mis Finanzas app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Carlos Blanco Perez (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service with optional Premium features. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use The Application is designed to be a private, local-first tool. It collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address).
The operating system you use on your mobile device.
Basic usage statistics to improve the app experience.
Important: The financial data you enter (income, expenses, budgets, goals) is stored exclusively on your device and is not transmitted to the Service Provider's servers.
Third Party Access The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
Google Play Services: For app distribution and core functionality.
Expo: For the underlying framework of the application.
RevenueCat: Used exclusively to manage your PRO subscription status and in-app purchases.
Data Retention Policy The Service Provider does not store your financial transactions on external servers. All your data remains on your device unless you manually export it or use your device's cloud backup services (like iCloud or Google Drive). If you uninstall the application, the local data will be removed.
Children The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13.
Security We value your privacy. The Application provides local security features, such as Biometric protection (FaceID/Fingerprint), to help you safeguard your financial data on your device.
Changes This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page.

Terms of Use & Subscription Policy Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
