ä = ae
ö = oe
ü = ue
ß= ss
ä、ö、ü 単語に登録した。あおうで変換される。ßは変換モードでｓｓと打つと候補で出てくる。
「ファイルの内容を見てください」というニュアンスの場合。
〇 Please see the attached file. → 基本形
〇 Please kindly see the attached file. →“kindly” で丁寧にしても OK
〇 Please kindly see the attached. → “the attached” だけで添付された「もの」を表せる
〇 Please kindly see the attachment. → “the attachment” 添付ファイルという意味の名詞、に変えても OK
「ファイルを添付したので気づいてください」というニュアンスの場合。
〇 Please find the file attached. → 基本形
〇 Please kindly find the file attached. →“kindly” で丁寧にできる
〇 Please kindly find attached the file that you requested in the previous meeting.
→ “attached” を前に出して回避！よく使われます。SVCO という形を受け入れられない人がいるかもしれませんが、
これは実際に使われている形であり、意味の認識のしやすさの点で理に適っています。
