My mission is to ensure the seamless execution of human resources processes, including attraction and selection, people development, and retention, through integrated and comprehensive compensation and benefits policies within the Group. This hands-on experience allowed me to witness the transformation of these educators into catalysts of change, equipped with the tools to drive meaningful advancements in the education landscape.
Additionally, I was deeply involved in a collaborative effort with the Colombian government, a truly remarkable opportunity to implement a groundbreaking strategic plan for education and technology. This initiative transcended traditional pedagogical boundaries, encompassing all individuals engaged in the multifaceted innovation projects within Colombia's education sector. A pivotal aspect of this endeavor involved effectively communicating the comprehensive goals and meticulously structured plans essential for success.
