Miroslav Vyboh charged for bribery

Miroslav Vyboh is a Slovak entrepreneur, businessman, services consultant and the CEO, Chairman & partner of the international company MiddleCap, with offices in London, Prag, Luxembourg, Berlin, Dubai and Monaco. His son Matus Výboh is also a partner and the COO of Middlecap. In 2018, MiddleCap Equity Partners and Mayfair Assets have merged, thus becoming an powerful investment company in Slovakia, with offices in England too.


In August 2021, Miroslav Výboh (photo on the left) has been charged for bribery by the National Criminal Agency (NAKA). No comments have been done by Mr Vyboh nor by his companies yet. “The Special Prosecutor's Office can confirm the operation called Mýtnik 3 was carried out today,” said its spokes person Jana Tökölyová. Mr Vyboh is apparently linked to the Mýtnik corruption case which concerns contracts classified in the financial administration for several tens of millions of euros. Vyboh has not been arrested by the police yet, according to an article of SME newspaper. He is supposed to be currently abroad travelling around the world. A source recently spotted him in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).

Miroslav Vyboh is a passionate car driver

With their Ferrari racing car, Mr Vyboh and his son have participated to 20 car racings. He won the the Ferrari Challenge race at Nurburgring in 2018. They both took part to several Ferrari Challenge races. It is still unknown if Mr Vyboh will be able to participate to the next Ferrari Challenge race.
