The invoice, quote, estimate, client, item, service, and related business information that you enter in the app is stored locally on your device.

We do not provide account-based cloud sync at this time
We do not require you to create an account to use the app
Your invoice, quote, estimate, client, item, service, and business records remain on your device unless you delete them
Because your data remains on your device, you are generally in control of that data through your device and app settings.
3. PDF Generation and Sharing
Invoice Maker: PDF & Quotes may allow you to generate PDF invoices, quotes, and estimates.
When you choose to share a PDF through WhatsApp, email, messaging apps, printing tools, or other apps installed on your device, the information you share may be handled by those third-party apps or services according to their own privacy policies.
We are not responsible for how third-party apps or services process information after you choose to share your invoice, quote, estimate, or PDF document with them.

User-created invoice, quote, estimate, client, item, service, and business data is stored locally on your device
Third-party SDK communications are generally transmitted securely, such as through HTTPS where applicable
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We encourage you to protect your device using appropriate security measures such as a screen lock, device encryption, and regular backups where available.
12. Your Choices and Controls
You have control over many aspects of your data and app experience. You may:
Edit or delete invoice-related, quote-related, estimate-related, client, item, service, and business information stored in the app
Clear app storage through your device settings
Uninstall the app to remove locally stored data
Manage notification permissions through your device settings
Reset or limit your Advertising ID through your device settings, where supported
Because we do not currently provide user accounts or server-based invoice storage, we cannot restore local data once it has been deleted from your device.
13. Account and Data Deletion
Invoice Maker: PDF & Quotes does not currently offer user account creation, login, or cloud-based account features.
Because of this:
Account deletion is not applicable
Locally stored data can be removed by deleting records in the app, clearing app storage, or uninstalling the app
We cannot access or delete invoice, quote, estimate, client, item, service, or business data stored only on your device
If future versions of the app include account-based or cloud features, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain how account and data deletion work.
14. Children’s Privacy
Invoice Maker: PDF & Quotes is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information in a way that should not have happened, please contact us and we will review the matter as appropriate.
