Invoxi – Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 1, 2026
Welcome to Invoxi, operated by Mioru (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Invoxi handles information when you use the app. We aim to be clear about what data is entered in the app, what data stays on your device, what limited technical data may be collected automatically, and how third-party services used in the app may process certain information.
By using Invoxi, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information You Enter in the App
Invoxi allows you to create and manage invoices and related records. While using the app, you may enter information such as:
Business name
Business contact details
Client details
Invoice details
Notes and other invoice-related content
This information is used only to provide the app’s core functionality, such as creating, editing, and managing invoices.
2. Local Storage of Your Invoice Data
The invoice data and related information that you enter in Invoxi are stored locally on your device.
This means:
We do not store your invoice data on our own servers
We do not provide account-based cloud sync at this time
We do not require you to create an account to use the app
Because your invoice data remains on your device, you are generally in control of that data through your device and app settings.
3. Information Collected Automatically
To help us understand app performance, fix technical issues, improve stability, and support advertising, certain limited technical information may be collected automatically. This may include:
Device type
Operating system version
App version
App interactions
Crash logs
Diagnostic information
Device identifiers, including Advertising ID where applicable
This information does not include the invoice content you create in the app being uploaded to our servers.
4. Third-Party Services and SDKs
Invoxi may use trusted third-party services to support app functionality, analytics, diagnostics, and advertising. These services may collect and process certain technical data under their own privacy policies.
These services may include:
Google AdMob – used to display ads
Firebase Analytics – used to understand app usage and improve user experience
Firebase Crashlytics – used to detect, report, and fix app crashes and technical issues
These third-party services may collect information such as:
Device identifiers
Advertising ID
App interactions
Crash and performance data
Diagnostic information
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of these third-party services for more information about how they handle data.
5. How We Use Information
We use information handled through Invoxi for purposes such as:
Providing invoice creation and management features
Improving app performance and stability
Understanding app usage trends
Fixing bugs and crashes
Maintaining app security and preventing misuse
Showing ads, where applicable
We do not use your locally stored invoice data for unrelated marketing purposes.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited data only in the following situations:
With third-party service providers such as AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics for analytics, diagnostics, and advertising
If required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request
To protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of users, the app, or our services
Invoice and business data entered by you in the app is intended to remain stored locally on your device and is not stored on our own servers.
7. Permissions We May Request
Depending on app features and Android version, Invoxi may request limited permissions needed for the app to work properly. These may include:
Internet Permission
Used to support third-party services such as AdMob, Firebase Analytics, and Firebase Crashlytics.
Notifications Permission
If the app includes reminders or related notifications, notification permission may be requested so the app can send those alerts. You can control this through your device settings.
We do not request access to sensitive information such as contacts, microphone, or location unless a future app feature specifically requires it, and if that happens, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
8. Advertising
Invoxi may display third-party advertisements through Google AdMob.
Advertising providers may collect and process limited technical information, such as device identifiers or Advertising ID, to support ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and related services according to their own policies.
If advertising practices in the app change in the future, we may update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
9. Data Retention
Because your invoice and client data are stored locally on your device, that data remains on your device until you:
Delete it manually in the app
Clear the app’s storage
Uninstall the app
Data collected by third-party services such as AdMob and Firebase may be retained according to their own retention policies and practices.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect information handled through the app.
For example:
User-created invoice data is stored locally on your device
Communications involving third-party SDKs are generally transmitted securely, such as over HTTPS where applicable
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We encourage you to protect your device using appropriate security measures such as a screen lock or device encryption where available.
11. Your Choices and Controls
You have control over many aspects of your data and app experience. For example, you may:
Edit or delete invoice-related information stored in the app
Clear app storage through your device settings
Uninstall the app to remove locally stored data
Manage notifications through your device settings
Reset or limit your Advertising ID through your device settings, where supported
Because we do not currently provide user accounts or server-based invoice storage, we cannot restore local data once it has been deleted from your device.
12. Account and Data Deletion
Invoxi does not currently offer user account creation or login.
Because of this:
Account deletion is not applicable
Locally stored data can be removed by clearing app storage or uninstalling the app
If future versions of Invoxi include account-based or cloud features, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain how account and data deletion work.
13. Children’s Privacy
Invoxi is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information in a way that should not have happened, please contact us and we will review the matter as appropriate.
14. Third-Party Links and Services
The app or related materials may include links to third-party services or websites. Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services. When you interact with third-party services, their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:
App features
Third-party services
Data practices
Legal or policy requirements
If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
