Matsuri Barcelona

In June 2023, I volunteered at Festival Matsuri as a sales staff in Barcelona, Spain. I also supported a sales team leader and discussed the price adjustment of Japanese toys. After the festival, I worked with the management team to create post event survey that identify areas for future improvement.
