Quantum nanoelectronics

Our research interest is elucidating quantum transport behaviors in nanoelectronic devices by conducting novel experiments including high frequency and low temperature techniques.

We are collaborating with Prof. Jungpil Seo at DGIST, other material scientists, theorists and experimental physicists (Japan, Switzerland, Singapore, Denmark, US)

여름/겨울 방학 internship program (실습에 동기부여가 된 학생)

  • Silicon transistor (MOSFET) 측정 및 특성 평가
  • Silicon diode 측정 및 특성 평가
  • 나노소자 제작 공정 교육 (나노소자 디자인, 포토리소그라피, E-beam 리소그라피)
  • (실습은, 먼저 Silicon standard 소자를 통해서 기초를 습득한 다음, 나노소자를 직접 제작하는
순으로 진행됨)
