I serve as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics in the Robert Day School of Economics and Finance at Claremont McKenna College.
I am a PhD economist investigating how the criminal and civil justice systems shape behavior, particularly through the lens of institutional design. My work seeks to understand how courts and enforcement mechanisms can be structured to promote sustainable, balanced systems that provide predictability and reliability even for those at the margins of society.
My broader interests include the economics of justice, system design, and the role of enforcement institutions in supporting inclusive and resilient societies.
