MINI TECH PTE.LTD provides a suite of mobile applications, including but not limited to:
Health Apps: For recording and analyzing blood pressure and other health metrics.
Productivity Apps: For time management, document scanning, and task collaboration.
AI Recognition Apps: Utilizing artificial intelligence for image, object, and text recognition.
2. Medical Disclaimer (Important)
Our health applications (including blood pressure monitoring features) are for general health and fitness reference ONLY. They do NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Not a Medical Device: Unless explicitly stated and certified by relevant regulatory authorities, our applications and features are not medical devices.
Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate data analysis, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of blood pressure readings or health suggestions.
Professional Advice: Always consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before making any medical decisions, changing medication dosages, or starting new treatment plans. If you believe you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
Limitation of Liability: MINI TECH PTE.LTD is not liable for any health damages, misdiagnosis, or delayed treatment resulting from reliance on information provided by this application.
3. User Accounts and Security
You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content of the Services (including code, design, logos, AI models, text, graphics) is owned by MINI TECH PTE.LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
User Content: You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., photos, notes). However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services (e.g., cloud syncing, AI processing).
5. AI Feature Usage Guidelines
When using our AI recognition features, you agree:
Not to upload any illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, or privacy-invasive content.
Not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI model algorithms.
To understand that AI may produce errors (“hallucinations”) and that you are responsible for verifying AI-generated results.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You shall not:
Use the Services for any illegal activities.
Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of our servers.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or data.
Resell the Services for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
“As Is” Basis: The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MINI TECH PTE.LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services (including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or personal injury).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, without notice, particularly if you violate these Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where MINI TECH PTE.LTD is registered.
