GizMini Games — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how GizMini Games (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use our mobile application GizMini Games (the “App”), available on iOS and Android.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
GizMini Games is a mobile game collection published by the developer of the App.

We designed the App to collect as little personal information as possible. Most game progress is stored on your device.
We may process the following types of information:
2.1 Information stored on your device (local data)
The App may store data locally on your phone or tablet, for example:
Game scores, levels, and progress
Settings (such as sound preferences and language)
In-app statistics and records
This data stays on your device unless you delete the App or clear app data. We do not receive this data on our own servers unless a feature explicitly sends it (the App does not require an account to play).
2.2 Advertising and analytics (third parties)
The App uses Google AdMob (Google LLC) to show advertisements, including rewarded ads (for example, to continue a run or receive in-game benefits).
AdMob and its partners may collect or receive information such as:
Device identifiers (for example, Apple’s Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on iOS, when you allow tracking)
IP address
Device type, operating system, and language
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, views)
Approximate location derived from IP address
On iOS, if you tap Allow on the App Tracking Transparency prompt, ads may be more personalized. If you tap Ask App Not to Track or disable tracking in device settings, personalized advertising may be limited.

2.3 Technical and diagnostic data
Our app platform providers (such as Expo / EAS for builds) or your device’s app store may process limited technical data related to app delivery, crashes, or performance if such features are enabled. We do not use this to identify you personally for marketing.
We use information to:
Operate and improve the App and its mini games
Save your preferences and progress on your device
Display advertisements and measure ad performance (via AdMob)
Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on:
Consent — for personalized advertising where required (for example, ATT on iOS)
Legitimate interests — to operate the App, ensure security, and show non-personalized or contextual ads where applicable
Legal obligation — where we must comply with law
You may withdraw consent for tracking via your device settings at any time.
We may share information with:
Google (AdMob) — advertising services
Apple / Google — app distribution through the App Store and Google Play
Service providers — only as needed to host, build, or maintain the App (for example, development tools), under appropriate safeguards
Authorities — if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security
We do not share local game data from your device with advertisers unless described above through standard ad SDK behavior.
Local app data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or reset app data.
Ad-related data is retained according to Google AdMob and partner policies.
Support emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond and resolve your request.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at gizhodestek@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete it where appropriate.
Parents and guardians can limit ad tracking in device settings and use platform parental controls.
Depending on your region, you may have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you
Object to or restrict certain processing
Withdraw consent for tracking or personalized ads
Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

AdMob and other partners may process data in countries outside your own. Those transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law (for example, standard contractual clauses used by major providers).
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
