Minibuu Games Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 22, 2026
Minibuu ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Tijuana, Mexico, develops mobile games and apps designed for family and children's audiences (the "Games"). This Privacy Policy explains what information our Games collect, how it is used, and the choices available to you. By using any Minibuu Game, you agree to this Policy.
1. Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
Our Games are designed for children and family audiences. We comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including its provisions on children's data ("GDPR-K").
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our Games do not require account creation, login, or any user-provided personal information (such as name, email, or phone number) to play.
2. Information We Collect
Because our Games are directed at children or at an audience that may include children of unknown age, we do not collect or transmit persistent device identifiers — including Advertising ID (AAID), IMEI, MAC address, SIM/Build serial number, or SSID/BSSID — for advertising purposes, in compliance with the Google Play Families Policy and COPPA.
The limited, non-personal information our Games may collect automatically includes:
Approximate location (derived from IP address), used only in aggregate to understand where our Games are played and to deliver legally-required regional ad content (not used to personalize ads or track individual users).
App diagnostics and performance data (crash reports, error logs), used to fix bugs and improve stability.
General app interaction statistics (e.g., which screens or features are used, ad impressions/clicks at a session level), used in aggregate to understand engagement.
None of this information is tied to a persistent identifier capable of tracking a specific child or device across apps or over time.
3. Advertising
Our Games may display ads served through Google AdMob. For any user identified as a child or of unknown age, ad requests are configured as child-directed and non-personalized/contextual — meaning:
No behavioral or interest-based ad targeting.
No use of the Advertising ID or other persistent device identifiers.
Ad content is restricted to a general audience rating.
This configuration is applied at the SDK level across our Games that target children, consistent with Google's Families Self-Certified Ads SDK requirements.
4. Third-Party Services
Our Games may use the following third-party services to operate, measure performance, or serve ads. Each operates under its own privacy policy:
Provider
Purpose
Privacy Policy
Google (AdMob)
Advertising (non-personalized for children)
https://policies.google.com/privacy
Google (Firebase)
App diagnostics/crash reporting (where used)
https://policies.google.com/privacy
Unity Technologies
Game engine services, diagnostics (where used)
https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
We require that any third-party service used in a Game directed at children be configured to treat requests as child-directed and to refrain from collecting persistent identifiers or serving personalized ads to those users.
5. No Account Creation, No Behavioral Tracking
Our Games do not offer account creation or sign-in, and do not allow access via externally-created accounts. We do not build behavioral profiles of individual children.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Because we do not collect personal information or persistent identifiers from children through our Games, there is generally no personally-identifiable data tied to an individual child for us to delete. If you have questions about data associated with your device or believe we hold information about you in error, contact us at the email below and we will investigate and respond.
7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or California, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect any information transmitted by our Games.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of our Games after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
