Effective Date: August 3, 2026
Last Updated: August 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Jayven Khoonsirivong/Teku3_ (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with MiniBot App (the “App”) and any compatible hardware device used with the App (the “Hardware”).
We respect the privacy of our users and have designed the App to operate without requiring users to create an account or provide personal information. The App is intended to communicate with and provide functionality for compatible Hardware while minimizing the collection, storage, and transmission of information.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should discontinue use of the App.
This Privacy Policy applies to the App, its features, and its interaction with compatible Hardware.
This Privacy Policy does not necessarily apply to third-party websites, application stores, device manufacturers, operating-system providers, code repositories, hosting providers, or other external services that may be accessed through or involved in distributing the App. Those third parties may maintain their own privacy policies and data-handling practices.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, can reasonably be associated with, or could reasonably be linked to a user of the App or compatible Hardware.
Personal Data may include information such as:
A person’s name;
Email address;
Mailing address;
Telephone number;
Account credentials;
Device identifiers;
Advertising identifiers;
Precise location information;
Contact information;
Usage history associated with an identifiable person;
Hardware serial numbers associated with an identifiable person; or
Other information that can reasonably be used to identify or distinguish a particular user.
The App is not designed to request, collect, or store these categories of Personal Data.
Information that cannot reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual may not be considered Personal Data under this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.
The App does not require users to create an account.
The App does not intentionally collect, request, transmit to the Developer, or store Personal Data from users.
In particular, the App does not intentionally collect or store:
Names;
Email addresses;
Telephone numbers;
Home or mailing addresses;
Usernames or passwords;
Government-issued identifiers;
Financial or payment information;
Credit-card or banking information;
Advertising identifiers;
Contact lists;
Photos or videos;
Messages or communications;
Precise location information;
Health or fitness information;
Biometric information;
Browsing history;
Search history;
Purchase history;
Personal demographic information;
Hardware ownership records;
Phone/tablet hardware serial numbers associated with a user;
User-generated profiles; or
Persistent identifiers used to track users across apps or websites.
The App does not include a user registration system and does not maintain user profiles.
The App is not intended to build a database of users, track individual behavior, create advertising profiles, or identify the individuals who use the App or Hardware.
The App may communicate with compatible Hardware to provide its intended functions. Depending on the App’s functionality, this communication may occur through technologies such as Bluetooth, Bluetooth Low Energy, a local network connection, a wired connection, or another device-supported communication method.
Information exchanged directly between the App and the Hardware is used to perform the functions requested by the user.
The Developer does not intentionally receive or maintain a copy of communications exchanged locally between the App and compatible Hardware unless this Privacy Policy is updated to state otherwise.
The App’s ability to communicate with Hardware may require operating-system permissions. Granting a permission does not necessarily mean that information is transmitted to or stored by the Developer. Permissions may instead be required by the operating system to allow the App to access a device feature needed for local functionality.
Users may manage applicable permissions through their device settings. Disabling a required permission may prevent certain App or Hardware features from working correctly.
The App may access or determine its currently installed version number, build number, firmware compatibility information, or similar technical version information.
This information is used for purposes such as:
Determining whether the installed App version is current;
Determining whether an update is available;
Identifying whether the App may be outdated;
Maintaining compatibility between the App and Hardware;
Displaying an update notice;
Directing the App to an available update;
Retrieving an update package or update-related information; and
Helping ensure that users have access to current features, corrections, or compatibility improvements.
App version information is technical information about the installed software. It is not intended to identify the user.
Where possible, the comparison between the installed version and the available version is performed without creating a user account or storing a personal record about the user.
The App may connect to a software repository, file repository, hosting service, distribution service, application marketplace, or similar source to determine whether an update is available.
When an update is available, the App may notify the user, provide instructions for obtaining the update, direct the user to the appropriate update source, or retrieve update-related files from the applicable repository.
The App may request information such as:
The latest available App version;
The latest compatible Hardware or firmware version;
An update manifest;
A release file;
A package name;
A release date;
Compatibility information;
A download location;
Release notes; or
Other technical information required to determine whether an update is available.
We do not use these update checks to create user profiles, identify individual users, perform advertising, or track users across unrelated apps and services.
However, when the App connects to an external repository or hosting provider, that provider may automatically receive standard network information as part of the connection. Such information may include an Internet Protocol address, request time, device or browser information, operating-system information, requested file, or other standard server-log information.
Any information automatically processed by a third-party repository, hosting service, application store, or network provider is governed by that provider’s own privacy policy and technical practices. We do not control the independent data practices of those third parties.
If the App retrieves an update from a repository, information necessary to fulfill the download request may be transmitted to the repository or hosting provider.
The Developer does not use update downloads to request the user’s name, email address, account information, or other direct personal identifiers.
An update may be installed automatically or may require user action, depending on the device, operating system, application marketplace, repository, and update method.
Users are responsible for reviewing update prompts and deciding whether to install an available update where user approval is required.
Continued use of an outdated version of the App may result in reduced functionality, incompatibility with Hardware, missing features, or unresolved software issues.
Unless this Privacy Policy is updated to state otherwise, the App does not use analytics services to create individual user profiles.
The App does not use Personal Data for behavioral advertising.
The App does not sell Personal Data.
The App does not rent Personal Data.
The App does not share Personal Data with data brokers.
The App does not use Personal Data to track users across applications or websites owned by other companies.
The App does not display targeted advertisements based on user activity.
The App does not combine App activity with third-party information for advertising or profiling purposes.
The App does not require or provide user accounts unless a future version clearly states otherwise.
Because the App does not maintain user accounts:
Users are not required to submit registration information;
The Developer does not maintain account passwords;
The Developer does not maintain account profiles;
The Developer does not maintain account-based App histories; and
There is generally no user account or account-associated information for the Developer to delete.
If account functionality is introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain what information is collected, why it is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, and how users may request deletion.
The App may store limited information locally on the user’s device when necessary to operate its features.
Locally stored information may include:
App preferences;
Feature selections;
Configuration settings;
Hardware communication settings;
The installed App version;
Compatibility settings;
A record that a notice has been displayed; or
Other technical settings necessary for App operation.
Locally stored information is not intentionally transmitted to the Developer unless expressly described in this Privacy Policy.
Users may generally remove locally stored App information by clearing the App’s storage, resetting the App, or uninstalling the App, depending on the device and operating system.
Uninstalling the App may not remove information stored independently by the Hardware, operating system, application marketplace, repository provider, or another third party.
Users and other individuals may voluntarily provide comments, ideas, suggestions, reviews, feature requests, bug reports, observations, or other feedback concerning the App or Hardware.
Feedback may be provided through channels such as:
Public App Store reviews;
Public Google Play reviews;
Other application-marketplace reviews;
In-person conversations;
Peer discussions;
Community discussions;
Social media;
Email;
Support communications;
Demonstrations;
Testing sessions; or
Other voluntary communications.
Feedback is voluntary. Users should avoid including Personal Data or confidential information in public reviews or suggestions.
Suggestions, ideas, recommendations, concepts, and other feedback may be reviewed and used to:
Improve the App;
Correct bugs;
Modify existing features;
Develop new features;
Improve compatibility;
Improve the Hardware;
Develop new Hardware;
Create a new application;
Create related software or services;
Evaluate possible product improvements; or
Guide future development priorities.
Providing feedback does not guarantee that a suggestion will be implemented.
To the extent permitted by law, the Developer may use voluntary feedback without an obligation to compensate or credit the person who submitted it. This does not transfer ownership of any preexisting intellectual property that a person may lawfully own.
Public reviews remain subject to the terms and policies of the platform where they are posted.
Although the App does not collect names or email addresses, a person may voluntarily contact the Developer outside the App.
For example, an individual may send an email, submit a support request, speak with the Developer in person, or communicate through another service.
When a person voluntarily communicates with the Developer, the Developer may receive the information that person chooses to provide, such as:
A name;
An email address;
The contents of a message;
Technical details;
A description of an issue;
Screenshots;
App version information; or
Hardware information.
Such information is not automatically collected by the App. It is provided voluntarily through the person’s chosen communication method.
Voluntarily submitted communications may be used to respond to the person, investigate an issue, provide support, improve the App, or develop future features.
Individuals should not send passwords, payment information, government identifiers, sensitive personal information, confidential third-party information, or other information that is not necessary to address their question or suggestion.
The App may depend on third-party platforms or services for distribution, updates, device functionality, or repository hosting.
These third parties may include:
Apple and the Apple App Store;
Google and Google Play;
Operating-system providers;
Device manufacturers;
Bluetooth or networking services provided by the device;
Software repositories;
Code-hosting providers;
File-hosting providers;
Internet service providers; or
Other technical infrastructure providers.
These third parties may process information independently under their own terms and privacy policies.
For example, an application marketplace may process download history, purchase information, account information, device information, crash information, or other information as part of its own services. Such processing is controlled by the marketplace provider and not by the App.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies and account settings of the third-party services they use.
The App may include open-source libraries, software development kits, frameworks, or other third-party software components.
We seek to avoid including third-party components that collect Personal Data unnecessarily. However, third-party components may have technical functions or behaviors controlled by their respective developers.
The App’s privacy disclosures should be understood to include the actual behavior of any third-party components integrated into the App.
If a third-party component is added or changed in a manner that materially affects the App’s data practices, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly.
Because the App does not intentionally collect Personal Data from users, the Developer generally has no App-collected Personal Data to share.
We do not intentionally disclose App-collected Personal Data to third parties for advertising, marketing, profiling, or data-broker purposes.
Information may nevertheless be processed or disclosed in limited circumstances, including:
When a user voluntarily directs information to a third-party service;
When an external repository processes a network request;
When an application marketplace independently processes information;
When disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or a valid legal process;
When necessary to protect the safety, rights, or property of the Developer, users, or others;
When necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity; or
In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset transfer, or similar business transaction.
Nothing in this section creates a practice of collecting Personal Data where the App otherwise does not collect it.
The Developer does not maintain a database of Personal Data collected through the App.
Because the App does not intentionally collect names, email addresses, accounts, or user identifiers, such information is not retained by the App.
Technical settings stored locally on the user’s device may remain until the user clears the App’s storage, resets the App, uninstalls the App, or the operating system removes the information.
Information voluntarily provided outside the App, such as an email or support message, may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, resolve an issue, document a request, improve the App, protect legal rights, or comply with applicable obligations.
Third-party repositories, application marketplaces, hosting services, and operating-system providers may apply their own retention periods to information they independently process.
We take reasonable measures to design and maintain the App in a manner consistent with its limited data practices.
However, no application, device, network connection, repository, communication method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their devices, installing appropriate operating-system updates, protecting access to their Hardware, reviewing permissions, and obtaining App updates from trusted sources.
The App should not be used to transmit sensitive Personal Data unless a feature is specifically designed and documented for that purpose.
The App is not designed to request or collect Personal Data from children.
The App does not require users, including children, to create an account, submit a name, or provide an email address.
We do not knowingly use the App to collect Personal Data from children.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child has voluntarily provided Personal Data directly to the Developer outside the App may contact us using the contact information below.
Depending on where a user resides, the user may have legal rights concerning Personal Data, such as rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about data-handling practices.
Because the App does not intentionally collect or maintain Personal Data about its users, the Developer may not possess information that can be located or associated with a particular user.
A person who has voluntarily contacted the Developer outside the App may contact us to ask whether information from that communication is retained.
We may need sufficient information to identify the communication in question. We will not request unnecessary identity documents or Personal Data solely to process a request when the requested information cannot reasonably be associated with the requester.
Privacy requests may be submitted using the contact information provided below.
The Developer does not sell Personal Data collected through the App.
The Developer does not share Personal Data collected through the App for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The App is not designed to collect Personal Data for advertising or marketing purposes.
Because the App does not maintain user accounts or a database of Personal Data, there is generally no App-collected Personal Data associated with a user that can be sold or shared.
The App may be available to users in multiple countries or regions.
The App’s external update repository or application marketplace may operate servers in locations different from the user’s location. Standard network requests may therefore be processed in another country or region by the applicable third-party provider.
The privacy and data-protection laws of those locations may differ from the laws where the user resides.
The Developer does not intentionally transfer a database of App user profiles internationally because the App does not maintain such a database.
We may preserve or disclose information voluntarily provided to us when reasonably necessary to:
Comply with applicable law;
Respond to a lawful court order, subpoena, or government request;
Enforce applicable terms or agreements;
Investigate suspected fraud, misuse, or security incidents;
Protect the rights, property, or safety of the Developer, users, or the public; or
Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Because the App does not intentionally collect Personal Data, this section is primarily relevant to information voluntarily submitted outside the App or information otherwise lawfully available to the Developer.
If the App, Developer, or related assets are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale, transfer, or similar transaction, applicable records and responsibilities may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Any successor responsible for the App will be expected to handle applicable information consistently with the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of the transfer, unless users are notified of a change as required by law.
Future versions of the App may introduce, remove, or modify features.
If a future feature requires the collection or processing of information not described in this Privacy Policy, we may update this Privacy Policy before or when the feature becomes available.
Where required, users may also receive an in-app notice, permission request, consent request, application-store disclosure, or other notice concerning the new practice.
Users should review permission prompts and update notes before enabling new features.
This Privacy Policy may be updated, revised, replaced, or modified at any time.
Changes may be made to reflect:
Updates to the App;
New or modified features;
Changes to compatible Hardware;
Changes to update procedures;
Changes to repositories or hosting providers;
Changes to third-party services;
Security improvements;
Legal or regulatory developments;
Changes to business practices; or
Clarifications to this Privacy Policy.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
An updated Privacy Policy becomes effective when it is posted, unless a different effective date is stated.
Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If a change materially affects how Personal Data is collected, used, or shared, additional notice or consent may be provided where required.
This Privacy Policy may be made available through:
The App’s application-store listing;
A publicly accessible webpage;
An in-app link;
The Developer’s website;
A Hardware support page; or
Another reasonable location.
Users may save or print a copy of this Privacy Policy for their records.
