"Guided by Values, Driven by Curiosity"
I am Min-Ho Kim, who is deeply engaging in the exploration of energy storage and conversion systems. I received B.S. degree in Energy Engineering and Material Science from UNIST in 2016. Continuing my academic journey, I pursued graduate studies in Energy Engineering at UNIST under guidance of Prof. Hyun-Wook Lee, culminating in the attainment of my Ph.D. degree in 2023. Throughout my Ph.D. course, my research endeavors were centered around the synthesis of advanced energy materials and the elucidation of battery phenomena. This period fostered my passion for pushing the boundaries of knowledge in this field.
Currently, I am thrilled to embark on a new chapter as a postdoctoral researcher in Prof. Yuzhang Li's group at UCLA. While in this group, I am committed to contributing to the design of innovative tools for exploring novel electrochemical phenomena and driving material innovations forward. Additionally, I am involved in developing technical approaches for battery management systems that aim to optimize the safe and efficient operation of batteries.
