BIOGRAPHY

Minh Hoàng Hà (a.k.a Hoàng Vận Trù) earned his Master’s degree in Optimization and System Safety from the University of Technology of Troyes (France) in 2009 and completed his PhD in Operations Research at École des Mines de Nantes (France) and Polytechnique Montréal (Canada) from 2009 to 2012. He then pursued postdoctoral research at École des Mines de Nantes and the CIRRELT research center, University of Montreal (Canada), from 2013 to 2016.

Dr. Hoàng has visited and worked at several academic institutions, including the University of Valenciennes, Liverpool John Moores University, University of Technology Sydney, FPT University, VNU University of Engineering and Technology, and Phenikaa University. He is currently a faculty member at the Faculty of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, College of Technology, National Economics University. His research focuses on combinatorial optimization, with applications in Vehicle Routing, Scheduling, and Packing, as well as optimization techniques for AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning. He has published nearly 50 research papers, mostly in ISI Q1-ranked journals and A/A* conferences.
