Wang's Clinical Application and STatistical LEarning (CASTLE) Lab
About the PI: Dr. Wang is a tenured Associate professor in Department of Population and Quantitative Health Sciences at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU). Before joining CWRU in Aug 2022, Dr. Wang worked in the Division of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics, Department of Public Health Sciences (PHS) at the Penn State College of Medicine as Assistant Professor (2013-2019) and Associate Professor (2019-2022). Dr. Wang received Ph.D. degree in Biostatistics from Department of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics at Emory University, and a bachelor degree in Applied Mathematics from Peking University in China. She was Penn State Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) KL2 scholar from 1/1/2015 to 12/31/2017. She has been working closely with investigators from the Cancer Institute, the Center for the Protection of Children, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Division of Nephrology and other departments/institutes across Penn State and CWRU. Her expertise reply on longitudinal data analysis, survival analysis, spatial statistics, high-dimensional data analysis and other (bio)statistical aspects related to biomedical and human health research.
