Nils Hegel built the Mine Mark Game as a free app. This service is provided by Nils Hegel at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decided to use my service.

If you choose to use my service, you should know that I do not collect any personal information. The only data the app transmits is anonymous technical crash and diagnostic data, described below under "Log data". I will not collect, use or share your information with anyone except as described in this privacy policy.

The terms used in this privacy policy have the same meanings as in our terms and conditions, which are accessible at Mine Mark’s website unless otherwise defined in this privacy policy. 

Information collection and use

For a better experience, while using our service, I will not require you to provide us with any personally identifiable information. The information is not requested in any form.

Log data

Whenever you use my service, in case of an error or crash in the app, the app automatically transmits crash logs, diagnostic information (such as device model and operating system version), and a device identifier to Unity's crash reporting service (Unity Cloud Diagnostics). This data is encrypted during transmission and is used solely to diagnose and fix technical problems. It is not used for advertising, is not used to identify any person, and is not shared with any other third parties.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. The app does not use any cookies. The game is built for a younger audience, so I am not collecting or using any data or saving any cookies.

Ads

I do not display any ads in the game.

Service Providers

The app uses one third-party service provider: Unity Technologies, which processes the crash and diagnostic data described under "Log data". 

No other third parties have access to any user data.

Security

I value your trust, thus I strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting any data the app transmits. The only data sent by the app is the technical crash and diagnostic data described above, and it is encrypted during transmission.

Links to Other Sites

This service does not contain any links to other websites. An internet connection is not required to play the game; it is only used to transmit the technical crash reports described above.

Children’s Privacy

I do not collect personally identifiable information from children. I encourage all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the application and/or services. I encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's internet usage and to help enforce this policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the application and/or services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to us through the application and/or services, please contact us.

I may update our privacy policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page.
