- We do not collect any automatic information. The App operates completely offline and does not transmit any data to external servers.
c) Device Information:
- We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or any device-specific information.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
All information collected is used exclusively for:
- Displaying your productivity statistics and charts within the App
- Tracking your focus sessions and subjects
- Preserving your settings and preferences
- Providing the core functionality of the Pomodoro timer
We do not use your information for any other purpose.
4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
a) Local Storage Only:
All data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage mechanisms. No data is sent to external servers, cloud services, or third-party providers.
b) Security:
We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your locally stored data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We recommend keeping your device secure with a password or biometric lock.
c) Data Deletion:
You have complete control over your data. Uninstalling the App will delete all locally stored data including subjects, sessions, and preferences.

MindTimer uses the following open-source libraries for functionality:

- Shared Preferences: Local data storage
- AudioPlayers: Audio notifications
- FL Chart: Data visualization
- Google Fonts: Typography
These libraries operate locally and do not transmit data externally.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is designed for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will immediately delete such information.
7. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
a) Access: You can access all your data by using the App interface.
b) Modification: You can edit or delete any subject or session directly in the App.
c) Deletion: You can clear all data by uninstalling the App.
8. DATA RETENTION
Your data is retained locally on your device indefinitely or until you delete it. Uninstalling the App will remove all stored data from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
