Privacy Policy for Mind Citadel

SeKToR ("we", "us", or "our") built the Mind Citadel app (the "App") as a free application with optional in-app purchases. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
a) Account Information When you sign in with Google Sign-In, we receive your Google account display name, email address, and profile photo URL. This information is used to create and identify your in-game profile.
b) Game Data We store your gameplay progress, including in-game resources, building levels, quiz statistics, achievements, inventory, skill tree, and leaderboard rankings. This data is stored on Firebase Firestore servers and is associated with your account.
c) Device and Usage Information We may automatically collect certain technical information such as device type, operating system version, and app interaction data for the purpose of improving the App and diagnosing issues.
d) Advertising Data The App uses Google AdMob to display rewarded advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
Provide and maintain the App functionality
Save and synchronize your game progress across sessions
Display your profile and rankings on the leaderboard
Serve rewarded advertisements
Send optional push notifications (idle income reminders, login streak warnings, focus recovery alerts) — you can disable these at any time in the App settings
Improve the App and fix bugs
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication) servers. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following cases:
With Google Firebase for authentication and data storage
With Google AdMob for serving advertisements
If required by law or legal process
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
