Welcome to my homepage!

I am Muhammad Imran, a student of Electrical and Computer Engineering. I am currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Electrical Engineering Department of the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (SEECS), National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, Pakistan since Fall 2020.

I graduated with a PhD degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from the College of Information and Communication Engineering, Sungkyunkwan University, Suwon, South Korea in August 2020. My PhD dissertation was "Enhancing the memory architecture to tackle the reliability challenges posed by emerging memory technologies".

While attending the graduate school at Sungkyunkwan University, I conducted my research at DATES Lab (currently at Yonsei University, Seoul), under the supervision of Professor Joon-Sung Yang. I feel blessed to have been supervised by such a nice person.
