During the year 2002, Roger Woolsey acquired an FBO franchisor with falling revenues and a restricted client base. For the third year in a row, Professional Pilot Magazine recognized Mr. Woolsey the "Best Large FBO Chain" because of his leadership and results-oriented approach to creating a new vision, culture, and image for the whole chain. The number of FBOs in the network has grown to more than 29. "FBO Of The Year" awards for 2003 and 2006 were also given to two of Million Air's franchise FBO locations.

Woolsey constructed a brand, launched a new Aviation magazine, and forged long-term partnerships with corporations like Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz, and Starbucks to promote the magazine's products.
