Show Day Information

IMPORTANT SHOW DAY REMINDERS

Please read this information carefully and email SMSchoolPlay@aol.com with any questions.

Show Call Times - 

   Thursday - All Students remain at school on Thursday until the show is over at around 10:00 pm. 

   Friday -  All Students remain at school on Friday until the show is over at around 10:00 pm. 

   Saturday - All Students should report to school by in the morning (time is TBD, but is usually around 11:00 am) and remain there until after the second show is over at around 10:00 pm. Costumes need to remain at school! 

Access - No parents will be permitted in the school before the show, they will not be permitted to enter the cafeteria, halls or stage areas at any time

     Parents and audience are not permitted backstage or in the hallways surrounding the stage or cafeteria at any time

Water - Water will be provided in a jug dispenser. We will not have bottled water. 

    Please send in a refillable water bottle with your student, labeled with their name.

Show Day Dinners - We have arranged meals and snacks as follows:

    Thursday - sandwiches, chips, cookies

    Friday - cheese and pepperoni pizza, salad, cookies

    Saturday (students should EAT BEFORE ARRIVAL)

            am snacks will be provided - tangerines, granola bars, bananas, mini muffins

            pm dinner will be provided -  pasta type dinner

If your child needs different foods, please send them with them in the morning. It will not be possible to meet parents at the door for any drop-offs. And, no doordash/uber eats will be accepted.

Volunteers - Only registered volunteers will be permitted in the building before the audience arrives. (Thank you for your help!)

Volunteers who plan to see the show need a ticket to enter the auditorium. If you are not going to see the show, you do not need a ticket. Several volunteer assignments do not allow time for watching the show. This information is stated in the signup description for those jobs.

        shows will likely sell out quickly, if any tickets are available they will be sold at the door
        shows do generally sell out

   school doors open around 6:30pm / 1:30pm

   auditorium doors open around 6:50pm / 1:50pm
