We need EVERY member of the Cast and Crew to write and submit a short Bio to be posted during the shows.  A bio is a short summary that introduces the student to the audience.  We are looking for 3 to 4 sentences that may mention the student's experience,  their other activities, why they enjoy theater and/or someone that they appreciate.  You should talk about yourself in the third person (like someone else is saying this about you).

Examples of Bios:

---Lauren is honored to have been in such amazing musicals with friendly people and inspiring directors.  “Grease” meant something to all of us and so did “Annie”.  She can’t wait to see what Smart’s Mill has to come!

---Lindsay has loved dance and theatre from a very young age.  In Annie, Lindsay’s roles include an orphan, servant named Cecile, and Rockette.  In last year’s production of GREASE, she was a featured dancer.  She has also performed in local theater: Sterling Playmakers WIZARD OF OZ, Main Street Theater and Growing Stage.  Lindsay enjoys how everyone in the show becomes one big family. She’d like to thank all the cast and crew for making magic happen!

---Eliza is in 8th grade and is excited to be doing her first play.  She is enjoying working with the cast, crew, and directors.  She hopes this is the first of many theatrical experiences.

---Molly has the role of Miss Hannigan in this year’s show. She’s been in the Smart’s Mill musical for three years, previously as an Oompa Loompa in Willy Wonka Jr. and Jan in Grease. Molly wants to continue with theater in high school, and dreams of performing on Broadway someday. She wants to thank the wonderful directors for inspiring her all those years, and to her family for exposing her to the theater.
