You will pay the Cooperative Extension Service $20 the day of for the training. The CES will then mail off your form to the Arkansas State Plant Board. You will mail the Arkansas State Plant Board either $45 for a 5 year license or $10 for a one year license. The plant board will combine your information with the completed training session form and your payment to then issue you a new license.
