What I enjoy most is learning from my students!
My teaching philosophy has always been student-centered, as I do my best to ensure that you have a positive experience in our coursework. However, I also emphasize the importance of applying what you learn and believe we learn best from each other. It is important that all students participate in the discussion board. The HRM courses provide you with the resources you need to be successful, but just as importantly, they are designed to provide you with the opportunity to assess, critique and apply what you learn in real-life situations.
