Absenteeism Case Study

This was my first data science project. I used a regression model on an employee dataset to predict whether an employee will be absent or not.

The predictions were made using employee information like age, distance to work, the number of pets/children, BMI, and transportation expenses. The model came out to be 78% accurate.
