These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Migraine, including any related features, content, subscriptions, and services we make available through the app. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Migraine Does

Migraine is an informational wellness and personal tracking tool. It helps you view weather-related migraine risk signals, including changes in atmospheric pressure and other weather conditions, and lets you log migraine attacks for your own reference.

The app may show correlations, possible associations, forecast-based risk estimates, reminders, summaries, or personal logs. These outputs are informational only and are not medical advice.

2. Not Medical Advice or a Medical Device

Migraine is not a medical device, medical application, clinical decision support system, health care service, or substitute for professional medical judgment. The app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, prevent, monitor, or manage migraine, headache disorders, or any disease or medical condition.

• Do not use the app to make medical decisions or to delay, replace, or avoid care from a qualified health professional.

• Always consult a physician or other qualified health professional about migraine symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, medications, prevention plans, or changes in your condition.

• If you think you may have a medical emergency, seek emergency medical help immediately.

3. Weather Risk Estimates and Limitations

Weather forecasts, pressure trends, and risk indicators can be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. Migraine triggers are personal and complex, and weather is only one possible factor. The app does not guarantee that a migraine attack will or will not occur.

• Risk indicators are estimates, not predictions or clinical conclusions.

• Weather data may be provided by third-party services, including Apple Weather, and may be subject to those providers' terms, limitations, and availability.

• You are responsible for deciding how to use the information shown in the app.

4. Personal Logs

You may choose to record migraine attacks, intensity, time, tags, notes, and weather context. Your logs are for personal reflection and self-tracking only. They are not a medical record created by a health care provider.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for backing up any information you want to keep outside the app.

5. Notifications and Location

If you enable notifications, the app may send reminders or weather-related migraine risk alerts. Notifications can be delayed, missed, or affected by your device settings.

If you enable location access, the app may use your location to calculate local weather-related context. You can disable location permissions in iOS settings. Disabling location may limit weather features.

6. Subscriptions, Purchases, and App Store Terms

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Billing, cancellation, refunds, free trials, renewals, and payment disputes are handled under Apple's terms and policies unless we state otherwise in the app.

• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple ID subscription settings before renewal.

• Deleting the app does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

• Feature availability, pricing, and subscription terms may change where permitted by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse engineer or access non-public parts of the app, use the app for unlawful purposes, or rely on it for medical, emergency, clinical, or safety-critical decisions.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, software, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted by these Terms and Apple's rules.

9. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on third-party platforms and services, including Apple services, weather data providers, Google-hosted legal pages, and the App Store. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, policies, or content.

10. No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, available in every location, or suitable for any particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, or for loss of data, health-related decisions, missed notifications, inaccurate weather data, subscription issues handled by Apple, or reliance on app content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including rights that may apply to consumers in their country or region.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the app, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

13. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update, suspend, remove, or change parts of the app or these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law, such as by updating the effective date or presenting notice in the app. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
