Mighty Deals (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates the Mighty Deals mobile application and its related web panels (Admin Panel and Restaurant Panel). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.
A) Account Information
When you sign up or log in, we collect:
Email address (for authentication)
B) Profile Information (Customers)
To use features like “Redeem with Mighty” and to improve deal relevance, we may collect:
Phone number
WhatsApp number
Address
City
A system-generated Unique ID (read-only)
C) Restaurant Information (Restaurants)
For restaurants (accounts created by admin), we store:
Restaurant name, city, address
Phone and WhatsApp numbers
Restaurant profile photo (if uploaded)
Deals and menu items added by restaurant/admin
D) Wallet & Transactions (Mighty Points / Mighty Coins)
If you use wallet features, we store:
Wallet balance
Wallet transaction history (ledger), such as:
Signup bonus
Admin top-ups
Deal/menu redemption (“Redeem with Mighty”)
Spin entry deductions
Order/redemption records (e.g., deal/menu redeemed, coins used, restaurant reference)
E) Spin Participation
When you join a spin, we may store:
Spin entry records (free/paid)
Winner record (if you win)
F) Diagnostics & Security Logs
We may collect limited technical logs to improve stability and prevent abuse (e.g., error logs, timestamps, device/app diagnostics).
We use your information to:
Create and manage your account
Show deals and spins based on your selected city
Enable “Redeem with Mighty” and maintain wallet/ledger history securely
Create redemption/order records for admin/restaurant tracking
Run Mighty Spin and publish winners
Provide support and prevent misuse (e.g., restaurants are admin-created to avoid fake listings)
Improve performance and app reliability
Mighty Deals provides Call and WhatsApp buttons to contact restaurants.
When you tap Call/WhatsApp, the app opens the relevant external app (Phone/WhatsApp).
Any information you share on a call or WhatsApp chat is controlled by you and handled under that platform’s own policies.
We do not read your calls or WhatsApp messages.
Mighty Points (Mighty Coins) are internal reward points used only inside the Mighty Deals ecosystem. They are not real currency, not a bank balance, and not transferable as real money.
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share limited information only when necessary:
With restaurants: Only the information required for you to contact them and for redemption records (e.g., order/redemption record references).
With service providers used to run the app infrastructure (see below).
If required by law or to protect rights/safety.
We use third-party services to provide core functionality:
Supabase (Authentication, PostgreSQL database, Storage)
Google Play Services (Android platform services)
We may also use push notifications to notify users about spins, winners, or important updates (depending on device settings/permissions).
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Wallet deductions and sensitive actions are processed using server-side logic and recorded in a transaction ledger to reduce tampering risk. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We keep data as long as needed to:
Provide the service
Maintain wallet/ledger and redemption history
Meet legal/security requirements (if any)
You can request:
Access to your data
Correction of incorrect data
Deletion of your account (subject to necessary record-keeping like ledger integrity)
