ABOUT ME
I am deeply passionate about the history of food, striving to understand how every dish we enjoy today is the result of a journey through time, shaped by the encounter of cultures, ingredients and traditions; in my tours and experiences we seek to give voice to those influences - often forgotten - that, although not always visible, have been essential in the construction of a country’s gastronomic identity.

I'm a culinary tour guide — and I believe every dish that makes it to your table has a story worth telling.
My work isn't just about taking you to eat great food. It's about introducing you to the cultures that traveled, settled, left their mark, and sometimes disappeared — but whose memory lives on in what we eat today. Indigenous roots, waves of migration, ingredients that crossed oceans — all of it lives in every bite.
What we call "Mexican food" isn't one single thing. It's all of us. It's centuries of blending, encounter, and accumulated creativity.
On my tours you don't just eat — you learn, you ask questions, and together we will give authenticity a new meaning.
I'd love to be your guide.
