Friday - Homemade Ice Cream, 3 traditional flavors: Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry. Ice cream locally made and frozen using old 1 cycle John Deere motors!! (POP-POPS)


Saturday

Boxed lunch options (gluten free bread available per request)


1. Avocado turkey wrap, creamy cheddar pasta salad, and cookie.

Wrap ingredients: tomato basil wrap, turkey breast, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, dill mayo, arugula.


2. Steak wrap, creamy cheddar pasta salad, and cookie.

Wrap ingredients: tomato basil wrap, filet steak, cheddar, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, horseradish sauce, tomato, and onion.


3. Apple Chicken salad sandwich, side salad with balsamic dressing, and a cookie.

Sandwich ingredients: multigrain bread (please specify, when ordering with your reservation, if GLUTEN FREE is desired) apples, chicken salad (contains nuts), cranberry mustard, leaf lettuce, tomato, onion, and Swiss cheese.


4. Veggie wrap, side salad with balsamic dressing, and a cookie.

Wrap ingredients: tomato basil wrap, avocado, red onion, red pepper, green pepper, spinach, lettuce, avocado, and hummus.


Snacks will be provided at the Easter Lake and Cottonwood rest stops.


Sunday

Grilled options (gluten free bread available upon request)


1. Hamburger

3. Black Bean burger


To dress up your choice of grilled item, cheese and condiment trays on the side, will include sauces, veggies, and cheese.


Sides will include; Coleslaw, bagged chips, and a cookie.


Snacks will be provided at the Slater and Woodward rest stops.
