At the Internal Development Team (IDT), our main goal is ensuring entrance and training standards are upheld across the community.

At IDT we are on the frontlines of welcoming and training new recruits as they join the community. We also guarantee existing members of the community are held to a golden standard. We accomplish this goal by providing initial training, professional development, and re-certification courses. Incumbent upon us is the duty to assure quality training on all matters, such as training guides, SOPs, and training.

At the end of the day, IDT is focused on member development through facilitating training, counselling members on conduct and best practices.
