Find support, connection, and inspiration among women who understand.

A welcoming community for women navigating the middle stretch of life.

A calm, supportive space to learn, gather, and connect through the transitions of midlife — from perimenopause to postmenopause and beyond.

Welcome to a space where you don’t have to navigate midlife alone.

Midlife is a season of profound change — physical, emotional, relational, and deeply personal. Whether you’re moving through perimenopause, postmenopause, caregiving, identity shifts, relationship changes, or rediscovering who you are now, this is a place to land. A place to feel grounded. A place to feel connected.

The Durham Midlife Community Hub brings together women from across the region who are walking similar paths. Here, you’ll find trustworthy information, shared wisdom, and opportunities to gather in ways that feel supportive and real. There’s no pressure to show up a certain way — you can read quietly, join conversations, attend events, or simply take what you need.

This is a community built on belonging, curiosity, and the understanding that midlife is not a problem to solve — it’s a chapter to move through together.

Founder Note

This hub was created by Christine, a community facilitator who cares deeply about the wellbeing of women moving through the middle stretch of life. After years of listening to women share their experiences of perimenopause, menopause, caregiving, identity shifts, and the quiet complexities of this chapter, it became clear that our community needed a place to gather — a place rooted in connection, clarity, and belonging.

The Durham Midlife Community Hub is that place. It’s a space for shared learning, supportive conversations, and meaningful connection with other women who understand this season. It is not a therapy space, but a community and education space designed to bring women together with resources, events, and each other.

You’re welcome here — exactly as you are, and at whatever pace feels right for you.

Community & Boundaries
