Middleton on the Wolds Village Hall
Middleton on the Wolds village hall can be found in the centre of the village Middleton on the Wolds, situated in the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds. It is a pleasant drive of about 10 – 20 min from the towns of Beverley, Market Weighton, Pocklington and Driffield, and the many local villages making it ideal for those who would like to hire the hall for family and social gatherings. Parking is limited to the road in front of the hall, but we can arrange if needed for extra parking only a few minutes’ walk away.
The hall has one large main hall, we have a modern fitted kitchen. Ladies and men’s and disabled toilets. We also hire out tables, chairs and also crockery and cutlery if needed, to be picked up and returned by the hirer.
The hall has been newly renovated and modernised inside and out during lockdown and is now inviting and friendly for many types of activities. We have a newly fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. The ceiling of the main hall has been lowered giving the hall a friendly feeling, but above all helping the acoustics which was a problem before.
We do not have a drinks licence for the selling of alcohol, but alcohol can be brought in for own consumption only.
Since the easing of restrictions, the hall has been hired for several children’s parties, family gathering and corporate meeting with excellent feedback. We would love to hire the hall out to you.
