[개인정보처리방침 - MicTalk]
MicTalk(이하 '앱')은 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 관련 법령을 준수합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 목적
가. 연락처(Contacts): 내 연락처에 저장된 사용자 중 MicTalk 가입자를 식별하여 친구 목록을 구성하고 대화를 가능하게 하기 위해 수집합니다. 수집된 연락처 정보는 서버로 전송되어 가입 여부 확인용으로만 사용되며, 동의 없이 제3자에게 제공되지 않습니다.
나. 오디오/마이크: 음성 메시지 작성 및 음성 인식 기능을 제공하기 위해 사용됩니다.
다. 기기 식별 정보(FCM 토큰): 메시지 푸시 알림 수신을 위해 사용됩니다.
2. 데이터 전송 및 보관
- 연락처 정보는 가입자 식별을 위해 암호화된 상태로 서버에 전송됩니다.
- 음성 데이터는 음성 인식(STT) 처리를 위해 일시적으로 사용되며, 별도로 저장하여 수집하지 않습니다.
3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간
사용자가 앱을 삭제하거나 계정 탈퇴를 요청할 경우, 수집된 개인정보는 지체 없이 파기합니다.
4. 사용자의 권리
사용자는 앱 설정을 통해 언제든지 권한(연락처, 마이크 등)을 철회할 수 있습니다. 다만, 이 경우 일부 기능 사용이 제한될 수 있습니다.
5. 광고 서비스
본 앱은 Google AdMob과 같은 제3자 광고 파트너가 제공하는 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다. 이러한 광고 파트너는 각자의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 기기 식별자 및 광고 관련 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.

Privacy Policy - MicTalk
MicTalk ("the App") values and protects users' personal information and complies with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
1. Information We Collect and Purpose of Collection
a. Contacts
The App accesses your contacts to identify which of your contacts are registered MicTalk users, allowing you to build a friends list and communicate with them. Contact information may be transmitted to our servers solely for the purpose of verifying user registration status and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
b. Audio / Microphone
The App uses your device's microphone to provide voice messaging and speech recognition features.
c. Device Identification Information (FCM Token)
The App collects device identification information, such as Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens, to deliver push notifications and messages.
2. Data Transmission and Storage
* Contact information is transmitted to our servers in an encrypted form for user identification purposes.
* Voice data is used temporarily for speech-to-text (STT) processing and is not separately stored or collected by the App.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
Personal information collected by the App will be deleted without undue delay when the user deletes the App or requests account deletion.
4. User Rights
Users may revoke permissions such as Contacts and Microphone access at any time through their device settings. Please note that some features of the App may become unavailable if these permissions are revoked.
5. Advertising Services
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners such as Google AdMob. These partners may collect device identifiers and advertising-related information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

# Account and Data Deletion Guide MicTalk respects your right to privacy. You can instantly delete your account via the [Settings > Withdraw Account] menu within the app. If you have already deleted the app or are unable to access it, please send a request to the email below, and we will process it without delay.
